Our Real Estate Asset Management team of 35 lawyers undertake property transactions for organisation with large portfolios who require on-going legal advice on issues such as lease renewals, acquisitions and plot sales.  Specifically for this market we have developed an efficient technology platform, DMH Direct,  which allows clients to manage all their instructions online and view status reports of ongoing matters 24/7.
