We have developed a niche practice in this area to complement the other work that we offer to our private clients, who include private individuals and their families, other professionals and company directors.

We have acted for clients on a range of matters including:

• Speeding Offences 
• Drink Driving 
• Causing Death by Careless Driving 
• Boat accidents and charges under the Merchant and Shipping Acts
• Fraud 
• Theft 
• Technology related offences

We understand that individuals may have the need to seek advice on such matters from time to time, and that they expect their case to be handled professionally and confidentially. This will often be a stressful time for clients and so we aim to offer a very high level of individual service. This may include attendance at a police station, attending the scene of an accident, an initial meeting and follow up meetings/conferences, discussion of defence options, advice on the merits of a defence, court representation and an explanation of the procedures and possible sanctions involved.

The team is able to offer fixed fees for some types of work, including fixed fees for certain stages of the case which clients often find gives them additional peace of mind in having some certainty on cost outcomes. We are happy to discuss our fee structure and charging options with you.
